A work by Shanna Strauss presented in the Senate foyer

Shanna Strauss’s “Maguy” was presented in the Senate Foyer in Ottawa on the occasion of Black History Month.

Visitors to the Senate Foyer in Ottawa were able to enjoy Shanna Strauss’ work throughout the month of February as part of “Tales”, a visual art exhibition by the Afro-Canadian Cultural Centre of Montreal (CCAM) and Intercultural Mosaic (Ottawa) produced for Black History Month 2023 under the patronage of the African Canadian Senate Group. Curated by Emmanuel St-Juste and Allison Roberts.
